Hollywood A-Lister Julia Roberts, 48, has just dropped the price of her Kauai beachfront estate to $19.5 million. This marks the third concession the "Pretty Woman" actress has made, after putting it on the market in April 2015.

Ms. Roberts originally listed the 2-acre property in Hanalei on Kauai’s North Shore for $29.85 million. Subsequently, she chopped the price to $26 million in August 2015, and cut deeper to $21.95 million in February.

According to public records, Ms. Roberts bought the home in 2011 for $13.4 million.

"The property is now very well priced, " said Neal Norman, listing agent and director of Hawaii Life Real Estate. "It offers a rare opportunity to own a large property in one of the most beautiful beaches in the world."

The 3,792-square-foot residence—which has 213-foot of beach frontage on Hanalei Bay—has seven bedrooms and four bathrooms. The new owner may obtain permits to build up to 9,000-square-foot additional structures or even a pool, according to the listing.

The property was once owned by Hans Peter Faye, a prominent Kauai sugar plantation manager.
