The villa is in the super luxurious residential area of Mon Port in Port Andratx. Homes here are priced between US$5 million and US$25 million, Mr. Jensen said. The owners are "mostly from Europe—from Germany, Scandinavia and Switzerland, with some U.K. buyers."
Mallorca is part of Spain’s Balearic Islands, an autonomous archipelago clustered in the Mediterranean. Mallorca is the largest of the four main islands, followed by Minorca, Ibiza and Formentera.
