Get ready for luxury ranch living: a 10-bedroom, 17-bathroom 24,000-square-foot ranch home in Kremmling, Colorado, is for sale for $28.5 million.

The property, Aspen Grove Ranch, belongs to Denver philanthropist John J. Sie, founder of the Starz Entertainment Group, and his wife, Anna Sie, according to property records. The home went on the market with LIV Sotheby’s International Realty last week.

The Sies spent two years designing the home and five years building it, according to Jack Wolfe, the broker for the property. The home was completed in 2008.

"It has a lodge feel and look to it," Mr. Wolfe said. "The architect, Jon Gunson, did a terrific job of capturing the views from the home looking at three different mountain ranges and nestled on 350 acres and is thus called Aspen Grove Ranch." The name comes from its beautiful views of the Rocky Mountain National Park, the Never Summer Range, the Gore Range and the Blue River and Colorado River Valleys.

In addition to the 350 acres of private land, the ranch belongs to the 18,000-acre shared community of Grand River Ranch, which has a lodge, two different fishing camps, an equestrian center and a clay shooting range.

"What’s really great about Aspen Grove Ranch is that it is 90 minutes from Denver and 15 minutes from the jetport, so it is easy to get to by jet," Mr. Wolfe said. The property is also 60 to 90 minutes from some of the best skiing in Colorado: Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Vail and Steamboat Springs, according to LIV Sotheby’s International Realty.

The home itself is notable for its log design and thoughtful layout. There’s a large great room, which includes the living room, dining room and kitchen. There’s also a separate catering kitchen. The home is divided into two wings, a guest wing and an owner’s wing, connected by a bridge. The home also has a bar, library, observatory, a western bar, a game room with two bowling lanes, a movie theater, a workout room and sauna, and a performance space geared toward children and grandchildren, complete with a green room filled with costumes. The home also comes with most of the furniture included.

"It is very refined and very elegant," Mr. Wolfe said.

The exterior is as well considered as the interior of the ranch house. "When you drive into the property there’s a beautiful entrance gate and there’s a bridge you cross, and a substantial water feature on both sides of the house. You look over a big pond as part of the view," Mr. Wolfe said. Mr. Sie began Starz in 1991, and retired in 2005, according to his biography on the Committee of 100 website. Since retirement, Mr. Sie has been involved in multiple philanthropic projects, including the Anna and John J. Sie Foundation, which supports Down Syndrome research.
