With 1,081 square meters (over 11,600 square feet) of living space, this four-story villa includes seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms in the main living area, as well as two guest apartments with a private entrance on the lower level. All furnishings are included in the sale of the property.

Neighborhood Notes
The Poniente Golf Course is one of three within close range of the home, and is one of Mallorca’s oldest. The nearby Puerto Portals marina is somewhat small, and near a very nice residential enclave, according to Mr. Harvey, while the Port Adriano marina is busier, and large enough to accommodate super yachts. Palma, and its airport, are just a 15-minute drive away.
