Uruguayan architect Marcelo Daglio designed and built the contemporary villa in 2007, with flowing open spaces that offer a rich blend of indoor-outdoor living and panoramic ocean views.

Design Pedigree
The home’s architect, Mr. Daglio, won first prize in the international World Architecture Festival contest, held in Singapore in 2015, for the category "Production, Energy and Recycle." His project won among the 2,000 other designs that were presented by the world’s most prominent architectural studios, Ms. Laich said. "Some of his well-known designs are [hotel] Bahia Vik de Jose Ignacio in Uruguay and Hotel Viña Vik in Chile, as well as unique private villas in New York, Italy and the Bahamas."
Amenities
The house has two swimming pools, one of which is heated, central air conditioning and heated floors. There is a double maid's quarters and a garage for three cars.

Neighborhood Notes
