Location: Eleuthera, Bahamas

Price: $10 million

Ever dream of waking up with the sunrise, lifting your head off the pillow and seeing nothing but pristine beach that’s all your own? This three-for-one beachfront compound, called the Ananda Estate, on the Bahamas’ Eleuthera Island is your chance to make that dream come true.

Each of the property’s four bedrooms are master suites, and two reside in their own standalone building.

"The detached master suites have an electronic sliding glass door system that opens up to an incredible view with all the glass stowing behind the walls for a maximum uninterrupted view," said listing agent Ian Hurdle of The Agency. And at your doorstep is a private "pink and white sand beach," he added.

The Stats

On 1.3 acres of beautiful beachfront land, there are three structures. The main house features two master suites with individual bathrooms, plus a separate bathroom for guests. Each of the two identical cottages feature their own master bedroom and bathroom. There are four bedrooms total, and five bathrooms, one in each of the bedroom suites and a shared bathroom in the main house.  There is 15,000-square-feet of indoor-outdoor living, split evenly at 7,500 square feet.

Amenities

The home comes completely furnished, with amenities like a 50-foot pool, an ATV, two jet-skis, trailers (with an option for a power boat available). Chef and other staff are also available. The house has smartphone and tablet controls, and extra-large indoor and outdoor showers.

Design Pedigree

The Ananda Estate was designed by Eddy Aslanian and Anouar Zerhouni, real estate developers who built it in 2016 with the intent to sell upon completion. It’s the "first of many villas to come," Mr. Hurdle said.

There are many design details throughout, and the utmost attention was paid to quality materials—stainless steel in the kitchen, quartz, Sukabumi stones and limestone throughout, Cararra marble soaking tubs, and walnut wood. All of it melds to create a "contemporary, Balinese, Zen-like feel," Mr. Hurdle said.

Talking Point

This estate really comes alive at night. A cutting-edge Le Grand light system was installed throughout the home and the surrounding greenery. "All the lights are dimmable, from the wall lights to the stairs to the structures of the daybed, the living room and garage. There are also four fireplaces emerging between the detached buildings which are spectacular once the sun goes down," Mr. Hurdle said.

Neighborhood Notes

Eleuthera is a Bahamian Island known for its deserted expanses of pink sand beach and turquoise waters—it’s often touted as one of the prettiest in the archipelago—as well as being favored by celebrities and the jet-setting crowd. It’s long and skinny, not even a mile wide but over 100 miles in length, meaning it’s much like a sandbar with a plethora of nooks and coves that provide the ultimate in privacy. Eleuthera is still largely undeveloped and most of the social options you’ll see are authentically Caribbean—think quiet and colorful verandas and secluded seaside docks dining al fresco with the freshest of the day’s catch. Eleuthera covers the big island three—sun, surf, and solitude.
