A sprawling 10 bedroom, 10 bathroom home on the Spanish island of Tenerife boasting breathtaking views will be auctioned off on Nov. 10.

Villa Vista Bella built in 1987, was previously listed at  ‎€3.95 million (US$4.36 million). At an auction being run by Concierge Auctions, the bidding will begin at  ‎€2.5 million(US$2.76 million).

Vista Bella means "beautiful view," and indeed the property’s most striking feature is the sights from the expansive Moroccan-style patio. The home is located on the southwest corner of Tenerife, overlooking the luxury resort area Costa Adeje, known for its five-star hotels and golden sand beaches.

"Villa Bella Vista is the original house on the San Eugenio Alto and has glorious sunset views over the island of La Gomera," said Charlie Smith, Concierge Auction’s European Adviser.

Tenerife is the largest of Spain’s Canary Islands, an archipelago off the Moroccan coast. It is prized for its location, a short flight away from Europe and Morocco, as well as for its weather. Tenerife experiences 365 days of sun a year, and temperatures stay in the perfect band for vacationing.

The home’s location is matched by its size.  The interior and exterior space combined reaches 26,000 square feet.

The home was built for entertaining. It offers a formal dining room overlooking the Atlantic through tinted windows, as well as a sprawling kitchen and patio for more informal get-togethers. The master suite is located in its own wing and has a Jacuzzi, walk-in closet and dressing room. In addition, the there are three guest suites, six other bedrooms and staff quarters. The villa also has an atrium, additional reception rooms, a gym, study, and elevator. The design features Moorish detailing, Murano glass and gilding. The outdoor space has a fountain, built-in barbeque, a resort-style Moroccan pool, palm trees and tropical plants.
