Actress Cate Blanchett and her husband Andrew Upton have sold Bulwarra, their Australian home, for an undisclosed amount, according to Christie’s International Real Estate. The property, which entered the market just three weeks ago through Ken Jacobs, an affiliate of Christie’s, had a listing price of 20 million Australian dollars, over $14 million. The identity of the buyer was not released. Bulwarra, built in 1877, is a mansion on a 3,642-square meter parcel (close to 40,000 square feet) in the suburb of Hunters Hills with views of the Sydney landscape.
