On the beach in Casa de Campo, this house made of coral stone was designed by Spanish architecture firm A-cero in 2009. It has a "sleeping zone" and a "living zone" connected by a covered veranda. Curved walls give shape to this property sitting on a 75,350-square-foot lot. Known as the Wave House, the one-level residence has six bedrooms, six full bathrooms and one half-bathroom. With a cross-ventilation system, the house takes advantage of the Caribbean climate, especially the sea breeze, says the listing. The furniture was designed and custom made by A-cero. The owner was a Spanish businessman who died five years ago. His children, who do not use the property, would like to sell it, said the listing agent. In the meantime, if you would like to get a sense of the house, it can be rented starting at $3,500 a night. Agent: César J. Herrera, Provaltur International, an affiliate of Christie's International Real Estate. View the full listing.
