Pop singer Harry Styles has put his modern Los Angeles home back on the market with a near $500,000 price cut, according to listing records.
Mr. Styles, 24, who rose to fame as part of British boyband One Direction, is now selling the three-bedroom midcentury house off the Sunset Strip for $7.995 million. That’s still $1 million more than he paid only two years ago, when he bought the property through a limited liability company linked to his business manager in the U.K., according to property records.

Since then, he’s made a few contemporary tweaks to the 4,400-square-foot home. He’s put down white flooring throughout the kitchen, galley bar and living spaces, and painted the media room in black, according to images with listing agent Justin Paul Huchel of Hilton & Hyland.
He also ripped up putting green turf to turn a large top-floor patio into a modern terrace with a firepit and room for entertaining, the images show.
The hilltop home has panoramic views over the Sunset Strip and Los Angeles thanks to oversized windows and a number of balconies. The house also has a gym, a pool and hot tub, according to the listing.
