It seems like you can’t market a high-end home these days unless you’re willing to produce a short movie. But not every fine property film will be a critical darling. To wit: a luxurious mountain home in Telluride, Colo., that received the Hollywood treatment when real estate agent George Harvey was looking for a new way to promote the property.
