Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards relisted his duplex in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village Tuesday with a slightly lower price tag and a new set of listing brokers, too.

Asking $11.995 million, the apartment is now under the wing of Douglas Elliman’s Adam Widener, John Gomes and Fredrik Eklund, who did not return requests for comment. Stan Ponte and Max Collins of Sotheby's International Realty were previously handling the sale.

Mr. Richards, 73, and his wife Patti Hansen, 61, bought the co-op for $10.5 million in 2014, city records show. When it first hit the market in 2016, it came with a price tag of $12.23 million.

The three-bedroom apartment, on Fifth Avenue and 8th Street, was renovated in 2011—prior to Mr. Richards moving in—by architect Joe Serrins. It has a 47-foot-long living, dining and entertainment space, an open staircase with a leather wrapped bronze handrail, a master suite with two walk-in closets "completely outfitted to showcase fashionable garments," according to the listing. Plus, there are three private terraces with views of the city and Washington Square Park.

Built in 1929, the 27-story building was originally built as a luxury hotel; it has a full-time doorman, laundry facilities and storage.

A representative for Mr. Richards did not return requests for comment.
