The waterfront property known as La Brisa is the most expensive listing in Miami on Mansion Global. Located in Coconut Grove, the estate consists of nearly seven acres, including manicured lawns that stretch from the home’s back patio towards Biscayne Bay. Built in the 1920s, the more than 13,000-square-foot Mediterranean Revival-style residence has undergone extensive renovations. The two-story home features some of its original woodwork, entryway keystones, arched doors and windows.

The property features more than 200 feet of waterfront on the bay. A 536-foot canal has a boat-slip with room to dock a nearly 70-foot yacht. The estate first listed for $65 million in October 2014. At the time, it was Miami’s most expensive listing. The price was recently reduced to $55 million. The home belongs to Simon and Tamara Decker, according to a spokeswoman for the agent.

The property features a coral stone patio with a swimming pool.
