Celine Dion has relisted her resort-like, waterfront home in Jupiter Island, Florida, with a 47% price cut from what she asked for the property four years ago.

The French-Canadian pop star last listed the aquatic property—replete with a several large pools, a separate lazy river and waterslides—in 2016 for $45 million. She is now selling the fully furnished home for $38.5 million, agents from Sotheby's International Realty Quebec and Sotheby's International Realty Palm Beach said in a statement on Friday.

Ms. Dion also tried to sell the estate back in 2013 for $72 million, but eventually took the listing down—making the newest listing price nearly half what she first wanted for the home.

The star is a staple act at the Colosseum in Las Vegas, where her family lives full time. Her ongoing gig there "has meant that the property is currently underutilized," said representatives for Ms. Dion via Sotheby’s.

It’s not surprising that the sellers are unsure what the price is worth, as aerial shots of the estate show it is truly unlike any other home in the neighborhood.

Steps from the back porch lead directly into a pool larger than most people’s backyards. A fire pit from the back porch juts right out into the pool. Beyond that is a winding lazy river that encircles a children’s play area—Ms. Dion has three children—which includes two waterslides connected by a rope suspension bridge.

There are five individual pavilions stationed around the pools and two guest houses. In total, the estate has 13 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, according to Sotheby’s announcement.

The fun continues inside. Images of the interior show the family built an arcade, including table hockey, billiards, numerous race-car arcade games plus Skee-Ball and pinball machines.

For slightly more sophisticated fun, there’s also a third pool at the front of the house with loungers and scenic ocean views, a theater room, gym, tennis courts and a chef’s kitchen with top appliances, according to the listing.

Listing agents for the home called it "Bahamian-inspired."

"This is a bespoke estate that will appeal to the most discriminate of buyers, as there are only a handful of properties in the world that offer such a unique and incomparable lineage," said Joseph Montanaro, a co-listing agent and broker with Sotheby's International Realty Quebec.

The new price reflects the current market in south Florida, Mr. Montanaro said.

Ms. Dion, the singer of iconic ballad "My Heart Will Go On," and her husband-manager, René Angélil, who died of throat cancer last year, bought five acres of land on Jupiter Island in two sections: one plot for $5 million in 2004 and the second adjacent lot in 2008 for roughly $7 million, according to property records.

The estate, which has 10,000 square feet of space in the main residence and 400 feet of Atlantic oceanfront, was completed in 2010.
