The property in the uber exclusive neighborhood, which houses only a few dozen properties, currently belongs to "Real Housewives of Miami" star Lea Black and her criminal defense attorney husband, Roy Black, as a second home, according to The New York Post.

The couple bought the 10,636-square-foot home in 2007 for $7.1 million., according to the Post. It was put up for sale for $17.99 million in October 2015, but the asking price has been reduced twice since and currently stands at $16.5 million, published reports show.

According to the listing, the 10,500 square-foot-estate has a seven-bedroom main house, a two-bedroom guest house and a pool, and approximately 190 feet of water frontage. The listing, however, noted that this would also be a good opportunity for those who wanted to start from scratch.

Co-listing agents are Oren Alexander of Douglas Elliman, who did not respond immediately to request for comment, and Lourdes Alatriste of One Sotheby’s International Realty, who declined to comment. A spokesperson for Mr. Beckham also did not respond immediately to request for comment.
