Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo are a lot of things—ultra-successful, mega-famous, annoyingly easy on the eyes—but it seems "New Yorkers" might not be a label they can claim for much longer. According to the New York Post, the couple sold their SoHo loft to shoe designer Nick Lucio for around $5.4 million.

Located in a six-story co-op at 112 Greene St., it's not hard to vision the Maroon 5 rocker and "The Voice" coach and his Victoria's Secret model wife kicking back in the 2,800-square-foot space, which is quintessentially SoHo in every way—think giant columns throughout, exposed brick, 13-foot tin ceilings, and a chef's kitchen.

As for why they sold, some gossip sites are speculating there might be trouble in paradise for the two-years-married couple but it seems more likely the new parents—they welcomed daughter Dusty Rose last month—need bigger digs than a one-bedroom apartment, even if it is as spacious as this

In fact, back in June, a broker selling the couple’s home in Beverly Hills told Mansion Global that they were looking for a bigger home for their growing family. (That California house is still on the market and the price has been chopped to $15.95 million from $17.5 million.)

The SoHo loft was first listed in April for $5.5 million.

Town Residential’s Prince Dockery represented the sale and didn't immediately reply to requests for comment.
