So far, 2016 appears to be treating Mandy Moore well. The former pop star finalized her ongoing divorce to singer Ryan Adams, landed the lead in one of fall's buzziest shows (NBC's "This Is Us"), and sold the Los Angeles home she's owned for over a decade for $2.95 million.

Located in the city's achingly hip Loz Feliz neighborhood, the 89-year-old house is a real charmer, thanks to details like wrought-iron fences, exposed beamed ceilings and chandeliers throughout. It's also got a reading room with ornate beading on the ceiling, a fireplace, a winding terraced backyard, an eat-in chef's kitchen, and a formal dining room, according to the listing.

Moore bought the pad after finding success as an early-aughts pop singer and then as an actress—it was purchased in 2002, the same year her tearjerker (and millennial cult-fave) "A Walk to Remember" was released. Moore, now 32, married indie-rock hero Ryan Adams in 2009 before filing for divorce in January 2015.

A representative from real estate company Compass confirmed to Mansion Global that agent Ryan Judd handled the listing.
