Gerard Butler—who’s known for action movies and romantic comedies alike—has listed his Spanish-style house in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles for $4.395 million, according to Variety. The house is also available to rent for $15,000 a month.

Located on a hilly cul de sac on Glencairn Road, the nearly 4,500-square-foot house has four bedroooms and four baths. There are beamed ceilings and panoramic city views, according to the listing. Extra perks include a screening room and a pool.

Variety reports that he bought the house for $3.25 million in 2008.

While the broker, Max Nelson of The Agency, wouldn’t confirm or deny whether Mr. Butler was the seller, reports show that as recently as 2013, the Scottish-born actor lived in the home. The actor’s representatives did not immediately return a request for comment.

Mr. Butler, 46, also owns a 3,300-square-foot two-story loft in New York’s Chelsea neighborhood, according to Architectural Digest. Film designer Elvis Restaino worked with Mr. Butler on that home and the on-the-market Los Feliz house, too.

Mr. Butler, who’s starred in "300," "The Ugly Truth," "London has Fallen" and will star in the upcoming "How to Train Your Dragon 3,"  is often seen as one of Hollywood’s most eligible bachelors. Clearly it’s time for a new bachelor pad.
