Either Ellen DeGeneres is looking for another high-rise apartment to call home, or is just up to her signature real estate flipping. The TV host has put one of her two condos in L.A's swanky Beverly West building on the market for $6,995,000, according to Variety.

Situated on the 12th floor of the 24-story tower, the 3,800-square-foot space makes up for its restrained room count—two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths—with the fact that it's only one of two homes (or, depending on the buyer, pied a terre) on the floor, features a dedicated elevator, and overlooks the ultra-exclusive Los Angeles Country Club golf course.

The celebrity-ready asking price also includes top-of-the-line design and features, such as wide-plank imported wood flooring, custom paneling, Arclinea Italian kitchen cabinets and stone countertops, Lutron lighting and shades, Miele appliances, and walk-in Officinadesign Lema closets.

As for building amenities, buyers will pretty much get the whole nine yards: 24-hour lobby staff, security, and valet service, conference space, fitness center, Pilates room, saltwater swimming pool and spa, as well as lounge to hang out and—if you're so inclined—barbecue.

The 58-year-old comedian is a known real estate enthusiast and an prolific flipper: She and wife Portia de Rossi are known for splashing out on some pretty stunning properties, including a Tuscan-style villa in Santa Barbara (price: $26.5 million) and a mid-century contemporary Beverly Hills home bought in 2015 for just under $16 million. Recently, the couple sold their five-bedroom 1950s residence in the Hollywood Hills for $9.9 million to Calvin Klein co-founder Barry Schwartz.

According to property records, DeGeneres paid $6.2 million for the Beverly West condo in 2014 and listed it six months later at $8.5 million—over a million more than the current asking price. Listing agent Kurt Rappaport at Westside Estate Agency didn't immediately return requests for comment.
