Leonardo DiCaprio, whose real estate profile is as diverse as his movie roles, is looking to make a big profit from one of his beach houses in Malibu, Calif.

"The Wolf of Wall Street" star has listed his oceanfront home on Malibu’s Carbon Beach for $10.95 million, nearly seven times what he paid for the property two decades ago, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The remodeled 1950s bungalow, which Mr. DiCaprio purchased in 1998 for $1.6 million, had been listed for rent, last year at $23,000 a month or $50,000 a month as a summer rental, according to the Times.

The house includes a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. An updated galley-style kitchen features gray herringbone tile and matching cabinetry.

Outdoor facilities include a beach-facing balcony, a patio with a hot tub and a transparent guardrail. There is a wooden staircase from the patio leading to the sandy beach below.
