Sales Start This Week at America’s Largest Private Residential Development

Prices for 285 residences at 15 Hudson Yards go up to $30 million

The first residential building at the highly anticipated 28-acre Hudson Yards community on Manhattan’s West Side will start condominium sales this week.

Developed by Related Companies, 15 Hudson Yards will offer 285 one- to four-bedroom condominium units and penthouses priced from just below $2 million up to approximately $30 million, the developer announced Monday.

Adjacent to the High Line public park, residences will overlook the Hudson River, New York City’s skyline and the entire development’s new public square and gardens.

Soaring 88 stories and over 900 feet high, the tower designed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro in collaboration with Rockwell Group, will offer residences of five different types:

Plaza Residences, with floor-to-ceiling windows framing views of Hudson Yards and the High Line, range from one- to three-bedrooms homes Two bedroom Loft Residences Panorama Residences, with one- to four-bedroom apartments, offer views of the Hudson, from the Statue of Liberty to the World Trade Center Penthouses with three or four bedrooms Duplex penthouses on the 88th floor that will occupy one of the tower’s four arcs, with more than 5,000 square feet of living space and curving floor-to-ceiling windows offering 180-degree river and city views.

Prices and sizes start at $1.95 million and 850 square feet in the case of one-bedroom homes. There are two-bedroom units at $3.7 million and 1,450 square feet, three-bedroom apartments starting from about $6.3 million and have 2,200 square feet, and four-bedroom units beginning at $11.8 million for 2,900 square feet.

Amenities will include two floors of wellness offerings and a "skytop suite" with entertainment lounges, according to Related.

Marketed as the "largest private real estate development in American history," Hudson Yards spans seven full blocks surrounded by art galleries, restaurants and nightlife.
