Late Pink Floyd keyboardist and vocalist Rick Wright’s home in France’s Cote D’Azur is for sale at 1.39 million euros (around $1.55 million).

The Provencal-style property located in a quiet area close to the commune of Le Rouret is set on about 1.3 acres, according to the listing. It features private gardens, a swimming pool, a pool house with a built-in-kitchen area and barbecue, a boules play area, a tennis court and a wine cellar.

According to listing agent Olivier Morvan of London-based Knight Frank, the former house of the founding member of the English rock band was on the market two years ago with an asking price of just below 1.6 million euros. But after a year without a sale, the property was pulled off the market. It was most recently rented out to a Russian pianist, said Mr. Morvan.

The house, which offers views of the surrounding countryside, has a total of six bedrooms and five bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms and one bathroom are located in a separate wing that also includes a kitchen and living room, and its own terrace area.
