Former Facebook president Sean Parker has become the latest businessman with plans for a Manhattan mega-mansion.

Mr. Parker, who also created Napster, has just snapped up his third adjacent townhouse on tony West 10th Street in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village neighborhood, according to the New York Post.

The 36-year-old just closed on number 36, bought number 38 in May and has owned number 40 since 2010. While the price he paid for the third home is unknown, the asking price was $22 million.

The businessman, who is married to singer Alexandra Lenas, plans to combine the houses, but will have to adhere to strict rules from the Landmarks Preservation Commission that prevent him from altering their facades, according to the Post.

This comes after Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich won approval from the Landmarks Preservation Commission in June to create a mega-mansion out of the rowhouses at 11-15 East 75th St., between Fifth and Madison avenues.

Mr. Abramovich, who has a net worth of $9.3 billion and owns Chelsea F.C., had to revise his plans after his original proposal was rejected in April. He purchased the first of the three houses back in January 2015.

Michael Bloomberg, another billionaire, and the former mayor of New York City, has been trying to create a mega-mansion on East 79th Street on the Upper East Side since the 1980s. He has been buying properties to create one big home, but is not quite there yet. He still needs one more property.
