Russian supermodel Irina Shayk is trying to rent out her two-bedroom West Village condo for $20,000 a month.
The apartment is located in celebrity-filled 150 Charles St., where her neighbors include Jon Bon Jovi and actor Ben Stiller, who recently splashed out over $15 million on a 3,395-square-foot, four-bedroom condo in the building.

Amenities include a concierge, garage, fitness center, 75-foot pool, children’s playroom and 33,000 square feet of landscaped garden space.
According to the New York Observer, Ms. Shayk, who is dating A-list actor Bradley Cooper, bought the 1,987-square-foot, two-bedroom apartment for $6.08 million earlier this year but never moved in. She also has a loft on Perry Street, which she put on the market for $4 million in December.
