The famously coiffed guitarist for Guns N’ Roses is living up to his name—slashing the price on his Mediterranean-style house in Beverly Hills.

Slash, a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame guitarist—who will head to South America in October for Guns N’ Roses’ "Not in This Lifetime" tour— has just reduced the price of his 11,000-square-foot custom estate by almost $1 million, to $9.49 million from $10.49 million earlier this year, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Listed with Jordan Cohen of RE/MAX Olson & Associates, the property is located in the gated community of Mulholland Estates, with features that speak to its famous owner: a state-of-the-art theater, a lower-level nightclub/entertainment room with elevated D.J. booth and custom LED lighting, and a soundproof recording studio, according to public information.

The master suite in the seven-bedroom residence boasts a private balcony, a bathroom with steam shower and a custom oversized spa tub. Canyon and city light views complete the private quarters of the future homeowner.

Built in 2015, the property also has a game room, a library and a family room with wet bar. Outdoors, there is a living room with fireplace, pool and spa, a built-in barbecue, an organic vegetable garden and a sand volleyball court.

Slash bought the house with his ex-wife Perla Hudson in 2009 for $7.3 million.
