Recently released records reveal that "Late Night" laughmonger Seth Meyers and his wife, Alexi, were the lucky buyers to snap up a five bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom duplex at 32 Washington Square West. The 3,200-square-foot property, purchased by the Meyer clan for $7.5 million in mid-December of 2015, is not without celebrity pedigree, being the former home of "Weeds" star Mary-Louise Parker, reports Curbed.

In addition to an airy environ (the home has 32 windows), the Greenwich Village co-op property, with it’s Washington Square Park-adjacent location, will provide Meyers ample opportunity to test out new material on NYU students, further locking up that coveted 18-to-24 demographic.

The couple that is the template for your relationship goals may also be the template for your real estate goals.

TV personality and beautiful person Chrissy Teigen and her husband, singer and beautiful person John Legend, have sold their nearly 2,000-square-foot NoLiTa loft at 374 Broome St., according to the New York Observer. Ms. Teigen and Mr. Legend bought the beautifully designed domicile, which was featured on the cover of "Architectural Digest," in 2012 for $2.5 million. The loft was listed with CORE for $3.995 million, meaning the power couple pocketed a nice little profit if they received anything near their asking price.

The internet eagerly awaits the lovebirds’ next luxury home purchase.

The duo is downsizing, having listed their former Hamptons home, a 5,302-square-foot Amagansett abode on the market in December 2015 for $5.85 million (it’s still on the market, and is now asking $5.25 million).

While the couple may not be as celebrated online as Teigen and Legend, they have equally elegant taste. Their new Hamptons home features ocean views, a formal dining room, a chef’s kitchen and a media room.
