Prepare to take on Monaco in style.

New York-based Gill Schmid Design has unveiled a concept for a new superyacht—and it’s betting the ship will make waves with the world’s high rollers.

The 360-foot-long yacht, named Halycon, has its own casino so guests can brush up on blackjack or baccarat before they hit shore. A price is not yet available.

"Over the past years we have seen an increase in requests from clients for more elaborate amenities on board," said Alistair Gill, owner and director of Gill Schmid Design.

The superyacht also has two glass-bottomed swimming pools—the smaller of which is located on the upper deck. From there, a waterfall cascades through a cutout in the floor, spilling into the larger pool on the main deck below.

The main deck features a retractable helipad, sandwiched between two infinity-edge hot tubs. A second helipad sits on the observatory level at the top of the yacht.

For the health conscious, the ship has a gym, a sauna, a plunge pool and massage rooms. A beach club at the hull allows for direct access to the ocean. When the sun sets, guests can sip champagne in the sky lounge, or have dinner in the dining room at the front of the ship.

When it’s time to wind down, the vessel offers nine ultra-luxe cabins, including an owner’s suite with his-and-hers saunas.

In addition to all the amenities, there are design elements that don’t meet the eye. The superstructure—the part of the yacht above its deck—features floor-to-ceiling "undulating glazing," which is a blend of white and reflective glass. This glass is transparent from the inside of the yacht, yet appears opaque to those not onboard.

"True to our studio's philosophy, we try to offer not only what the client wants, but always more than they expect," Mr. Gill said.
