On The Market
111 Murray Street
111 Murray Street, an 800-foot tower in TriBeCa, has a 75-foot pool and a 25-foot kiddie pool. Both are designed by architect David Rockwell at the request of Winston Fisher, a partner at Fisher Brothers, which is developing the condo with Witkoff and New Valley. A parent and a triathlete who puts in a lot of time in the water, he asked Mr. Rockwell to create a pool suitable for serious athletes as well as a nearby kiddie pool that their children can enjoy.

Stern-designed building. The condominium, due for completion in 2018 along Hudson River Park, has a half-size Olympic swimming pool and a children’s pool, as well as hot and cold plunge pools.
