The largest developments that filed for permits in New York City in July include four projects in Manhattan that could add more than 260 residences to the market. Among them: a condominium designed by the late Pritzker Prize-winning Zaha Hadid.

The following are the largest residential projects by square footage that are waiting for city approval, as compiled by PropertyShark using data from the Department of Buildings.

The announcement was a happy surprise for Hadid’s followers in New York, since at the time of her unexpected death in March, there was only one other residential project by the famed architect under construction in the city: the 11-story condominium 520 West 28th Street along the High Line.

Moinian expects to begin construction on 220 Eleventh Avenue in early 2017 and to launch sales for the project’s 40 planned residences in the second half of next year.

By Xinyuan Real Estate, the Manhattan Hudson Garden project in a corner lot in Hell’s Kitchen calls for between 75 and 90 one- and two-bedroom condominium residences with close to 19,000 square feet dedicated on the ground floor for retail space, according to the Chinese developer’s website. Contacted by Mansion Global, a representative for the firm declined to provide more information on the plans as they are in very early stages, she said.

Located on Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard (Seventh Avenue), Truss Development Group’s project spans the full block from 150th and 151st streets, according to the firm’s website. A brief description of 2600 7th Avenue, as the building will be called, calls for a 100-unit condominium with an estimated completion date for 2019. An email to Truss requesting more information wasn’t answered.

This mixed-use building will include 32 residences across 52,335 square feet, with the rest of the space devoted to commercial use, according to the developer’s filings with the city.
