A $22 million penthouse in Las Vegas is pitching the bon vivant starter kit: Buy the condo and they’ll throw in a fast car, fine art and free tickets to sporting events.

The 6,230-square-foot condo, located at the top of the 59-story Palms Place Hotel, will include a suite of perks: a two-year lease on a Lamborghini Huracan; an original lithograph of Pablo Picasso’s “Le Vieux Roi,” and an etching of Salvador Dalí’s “Leaf Woman;” and two free tickets to select events at the nearby T-Mobile Arena for one year, says listing agent Camille Anderson.

The owner, Phil Maloof, whose family developed the tower and once owned a majority stake in the Sacramento Kings, attempted to sell the penthouse apartment for $38 million in 2014 with another brokerage. It relisted for $29 million in April 2015 before coming off the market last month, Ms. Anderson said.

The four-bedroom, six-bathroom penthouse will include some 30 televisions, a DJ booth and multiple sound systems, Mr. Maloof said. Including outdoor entertaining space, the full-floor penthouse is roughly 27,000 square feet, and can accommodate a helipad, he said. Other features include a 20-person hot tub, up to 30-foot-tall ceilings and a private elevator.

The 599-unit hotel and condo project, designed by architect Jon Jerde, was completed in 2008 by the Maloof family, and Mr. Maloof has been the only resident of the penthouse. Mr. Maloof, 59, says he is selling the condo, in part, to move to a house with a yard large enough to play with his German Shepherd. His main business is a supplement called “Never Too Hungover,” a hangover prevention drink.

Ms. Anderson, a former actress, has the listing with Hilton & Hyland.
