With $100 million as the new benchmark for super-luxury estates, homes on the market for $20 million might look like relative bargains. But these $20 million properties are often among the most expensive listings in any market, with amenities similar to their pricier counterparts. In the U.S., homes listed for $20 million or more account for just 1 of every 4,000 listings, according to data from realtor.com. (News Corp, owner of Mansion Global, also owns Move Inc., which operates realtor.com.) Mansion Global looked at what $20 million or so will buy in destinations around the world. We found a bayfront estate in Miami and a Tuscan villa with an olive tree grove. These five properties, all listed on Mansion Global, range in price from $20 million to $20.9 million.
