Comedian and actor Kevin Nealon is listing his Los Angeles home for $5,299,999.

The home features some personal touches from the “Saturday Night Live” alum, including a mural of New York City—complete with an image of 30 Rockefeller Plaza, where “SNL” is filmed—that he commissioned for the lower level.

The seven-bedroom Pacific Palisades home measures about 5,300 square feet, according to Elizabeth Stein of Sotheby’s International Realty, who has the listing with her husband and colleague James Stein. Located a short walk from the village of Pacific Palisades, the traditional-style home has three stories and a gym. Off the master suite, there’s a deck with a fire pit, Ms. Stein said.

Mr. Nealon and his wife, actress Susan Yeagley, paid $3.45 million for the house in 2010, according to public records. The house was newly built at the time: It had been custom-built by a family who never ended up moving in, Ms. Stein said.

Mr. Nealon is best known for his nine-year stint on “SNL,” where he appeared in skits such as “Pumping Up With Hans & Franz.” More recently, he starred on the Showtime television series “Weeds” and continues to do stand-up comedy. In January, he was named Honorary Mayor of Pacific Palisades. Ms. Yeagley will appear in the upcoming Christopher Guest comedy, “Mascots,” on Netflix.

The couple, who have a 9-year-old son, joked in an emailed statement that they are moving to an area “that is zoned for llamas and emus.”
