Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is raking in the Benjamins — for his New Jersey home, that is. After more than nine years on-and-off the market, the hip-hop mogul’s massive Alpine mansion has found a buyer, the New York Post reported.

The 3.5-acre estate first hit the market at $8.99 million in 2007. By 2011, the price had increased to $13.5 million. The property is now in contract for “well under” its most recent asking price of $7.98 million, according to the Post. A spokeswoman for the listing agent, Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty, declined to comment.

Alpine, a secluded borough of Bergen County, consistently ranks among the country’s most expensive zip codes. Celebrities who have called the neighborhood home include comedian Chris Rock, pop star Britney Spears and Knicks legend Patrick Ewing.

The mansion boasts a two-story entry foyer.

Perched on a hilltop, the solid brick manse has seven bedrooms, including three master suites with their own sitting rooms. The home boasts a two-story entry foyer, formal living and dining rooms, a mahogany-paneled library, a home theater, and an indoor sports court. Outside, there’s a swimming pool with waterfalls, a tennis court and a putting green.

The mansion isn’t the only home Diddy’s looking to sell. He recently skimmed nearly half a million dollars off the asking price of his Manhattan condo, which has lingered on the market since 2012. The two-bedroom apartment is now listed at $6.5 million.

The rapper’s property portfolio also includes a European-style villa in Los Angeles’ Holmby Hills, a waterfront mansion on Miami’s Star Island, and a contemporary house in East Hampton, New York.
