Even supermodels downsize sometimes.

After living there for 18 years, Christie Brinkley is selling her Tower Hill estate in Bridgehampton, New York, reportedly to prep for life as an empty nester. (Ms. Brinkley has other, smaller properties in Sag Harbor which she can relocate to.)

The 20-plus acre Bridgehampton property is on the market for $29.5 million. It gets its name from the five-story observation tower the house is built around.

Built in 1891, the compound has views of the Atlantic Ocean to the Connecticut shore. In addition to a four-bedroom, five-bathroom main house and the tower, there’s a four-bedroom guesthouse with greenhouse conservatory, a separate barn/artist studio and a four-car heated garage. The sale is being handled by Enzo Morabito of Douglas Elliman.

Ms. Brinkley has put the house on the market before, as recently as 2007. And in 2013, she sold a Sag Harbor mansion for $10 million after her divorce from architect husband Peter Cook.
