She may only be 18 years old, but that hasn’t stopped Kylie Jenner from moving on to her second home in California.

The youngest member of the Kardashian clan, who recently launched her eponymous makeup line, has just put her Mediterranean-style starter home in Calabasas on the market for $3.9 million. She originally bought it a year ago for $2.6 million.

According to the Los Angeles Times, despite only owning the five-bedroom, six-bathroom home for a short time, she has redecorated the whole 4,851-square-foot property, which is being marketed by Tomer Fridman of Ewing & Associates/Sotheby’s International Realty.

The house boasts a gourmet chefs kitchen, a movie room, an outdoor swimming pool and spa, two fire-pits and a barbecue area with a bar — even though Ms. Jenner technically has a little over two years until she can legally drink.

However, the model/reality star won’t have to move back into mom Kris Jenner’s house, as in May she bought a new $6.025-million house in Hidden Hills, where many other celebrities including Jennifer Lopez, Miley Cyrus and Jessica Simpson have homes. Her sister Kim Kardashian West and husband Kanye West also have a home in the area.
