It’s been a long time coming. After roughly five-and-a-half years on the market, the three-story penthouse at Brooklyn’s Clock Tower is finally in contract.

Set in the trendy Dumbo neighborhood, the condo first hit the market at $25 million in 2010. Billed as the “Ultimate Bachelor Pad” by Esquire magazine, the high-tech home consistently ranked among Brooklyn’s priciest listings. The apartment was most recently listed at $18 million with Frank Castelluccio and Nicholas Hovsepian of the Corcoran Group.

A spokeswoman for the brokerage declined to comment on the transaction, but the listing confirms the property is in contract. If the deal closes for $18 million, the price-per-square foot will be $2,642. The median price-per-square-foot in Dumbo was $1,190 in the first quarter of this year, according to the Compass Markets app.

The 6,813-square-foot residence has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one partial bath. Four 14-foot glass clock faces offer 360-degree panoramas, with views of the Brooklyn Bridge, the Manhattan Bridge and the East River. A glass-case elevator services the home’s three floors. There’s also a roof cabana.
