Fans of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing New York might recognize the two-bedroom, two-bath Financial District condo that just hit the market at Armani/Casa’s 20 Pine St. as the home of one of the show’s stars for seasons one and two.

Broker and reality TV star Ryan Serhant rented apartment #1413 -- he never owned it -- and occasionally filmed there when the series started. He and his team at Nestseekers are now helping sell it for $2.4 million.

The nearly 1,600-square-foot corner apartment has 11-foot beamed ceilings, ebony stained hardwood floors and oversized windows. The hallway has large walls that are perfect for art, Mr. Serhant says. And it looks “exactly the same” as it did when it was featured on the show.

Mr. Serhant tells Mansion Global he was originally taken by its “sheer size. It was — and still is — hard to find a 1,600-square-foot two-bedroom in a new development.” (The former office building was converted into condos and completely redone about 10 years ago.)

It felt like a mini mansion, Mr. Serhant says. “It was my first big-boy apartment.”

It also happens to be in a building that’s full of amenities.

“It was built during the amenity race, so it’s chock full of the craziest perks,” he says, such as a Turkish Hammam-style steam room, a golf simulator, a pool, a playroom and a billiards room.
