An elaborate Italian Renaissance-style estate in Florida consisting of seven buildings is asking $65 million.
Built by Italian businessman Frank Luppi over the course of 30 years, the Jupiter Island property sits on 8½ acres from the Atlantic Ocean to the Intracoastal Waterway, according to listing agent Susan Turner of Waterfront Properties and Club Communities in Jupiter, Fla.
Accessed through an elaborate archway, the Atlantic side of the property includes the main house and four guesthouses, one of which has a spa attached. Overlooking the ocean, the roughly 8,600-square-foot main house is topped by five golden domes, each of which is nearly 30 feet high. An outdoor staircase connects the main house to the spa, which contains a gym, massage room and sauna as well as its own swimming pool, living room, dining room and kitchen.

The Intracoastal side of the estate has a self-contained guest compound including a four-bedroom house with its own swimming pool and separate pool house, as well as two deep-water docks with room for multiple vessels.
Mr. Luppi started building the estate in the 1980s and completed it a few months ago, Ms. Turner said. Aiming to duplicate authentic Italian Renaissance building techniques, he transported European craftsmen to Jupiter Island to work on the house.
Mr. Luppi, who said he owns 14 properties all over the world, said in an email that the Jupiter Island compound’s many different structures allow him to easily host different groups of guests and even “guests of the guest.” He declined to say why he is selling.
