At $159 million, Le Palais Royal is one of America’s most expensive listings — and it’s finally nearing completion.

Located in Hillsboro Beach, Fla., the roughly 60,500-square-foot mansion — modeled after the Palace of Versailles near Paris — will be finished in November, and will offer a host of “new enhancements fit for royalty,” according to a press release.

In addition to 500 feet of oceanfront, the property features an underground entertainment complex, with an ice-skating rink, a casino, a nightclub, a bowling alley, and, oddly, a “Star Wars”-themed Go-Kart track.

The estate was listed at $139 million in September 2014, but was pulled from the market about a year later. It returned for $159 million in November 2015, this time offering an additional 1½ acres, two guesthouses and the entertainment complex.

Adorned in more than $7 million worth of gold leaf, the home has a $2 million marble staircase, an IMAX home theater, and a 900-gallon saltwater aquarium. There’s also an infinity-edge pool with a swim-up bar and a water slide, as well as waterfalls, a putting green and two boat docks.

The property belongs to Robert Pereira, founder of the construction company Middlesex Corp., who planned to live on the estate, but later chose to sell it, The Wall Street Journal reported.
