It appears that L.A.-based basketball player Jonathan “J.J.” Redick will be spending time on the East Coast. The shooting guard for the Los Angeles Clippers — and budding podcast host — is now in contract to buy a penthouse in Brooklyn’s tony Dumbo neighborhood for $4.25 million, the New York Post reports.

The duplex residence will sit atop a warehouse conversion at 51 Jay Street, which is currently under construction. The 2,058-square- foot apartment will have three bedrooms and four bathrooms, as well as a multi-level private terrace, according to the listing. There will be oak herringbone floors in the living areas; casement windows will offer views of Brooklyn.

The master suite will feature a glass-enclosed wet room with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. There will also be lacquered dark brown vanities, complete with copper detailing, and walnut marble flooring to match.

If Redick’s private terrace isn’t enough and he wants to meet some of his neighbors, the condominium will also feature a shared rooftop — equipped with a kitchen, a fireplace and outdoor showers. Additional amenities will include a fitness center with a yoga room, a residents’ lounge, a children’s playroom, and a pet washing station.
