New interior renderings reveal award-winning designer Daniel Romualdez’s plans for 70 Vestry in Tribeca, the upcoming luxury condominium by the prominent architect Robert A.M. Stern.

Romualdez, whose clients include fashion designers Tory Burch and Daphne Guinness, was commissioned by the Related Companies to design the interiors of the waterfront building’s 46 units.

“This is a place for the sophisticated design aficionado, someone who is looking for a combination of grandeur and coziness,” Romualdez said in a statement.

Clad in Beaumaniere limestone from a quarry on the banks of the Seine, 70 Vestry boasts unobstructed views of the Hudson River, including Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty.

Ranging from 1,900 to over 7,000 square feet and from two to five bedrooms, the residences start at $7 million. They boast up to 12-foot-high ceilings, oversized windows and wide-plank oak flooring. Many of the units also have private outdoor terraces, libraries and studies, according to the developer.

There are two penthouses with private interior elevator access and private terraces that feature outdoor kitchens and grills.

The building's amenities include an 82-foot swimming pool, a children’s playroom featuring an art area, climbing structure and magnetic wall; a pet spa with a host of services, including day care and a vet; and a lounge for formal dinners and parties.
