Never-before-seen interior renderings of the future One River Point offer a look at Rafael Viñoly’s first residential project in Miami.

Announced in October 2015, One River Point will be a two-tower, 60-story luxury condominium on the Miami River, which starts in the Everglades and runs through the city of Miami. The towers will rise more than 780 feet and sit on 1.8 acres, according to its developer, KAR Properties, who expects it to be completed in 2019.

A celebrated Uruguayan architect, Viñoly also designed New York’s 432 Park Avenue, the tallest residential building in the western hemisphere.

Viñoly’s vision for One River Point includes a three-story floating glass skybridge that will connect the two towers, as well a cascading 85-foot waterfall “that courses down a floating four-story podium,” according to KAR.

According to developer, the project will feature 193 bespoke residences per tower with private elevator landings and 12-foot deep glass-enclosed outdoor living terraces with views of the Miami River, Biscayne Bay, and the city skyline.

Ranging from one to four bedrooms, the residences, including penthouses, SkyLofts, and SkyVillas, will measure between 890 and 14,000 square feet and cost between $750,000 and $35 million.

A 35,000-square-foot member-only Sky Club will offer three levels of amenities and a range of services, including fine indoor and outdoor dining, cocktail bar, cigar lounge, chef’s kitchen and a wine cellar with tasting room.
