Peter Thiel, a billionaire co-founder of PayPal, is selling his mansion in San Francisco for $9.25 million. The house boasts views of the Golden Gate Bridge, the Palace of Fine Arts and downtown San Francisco, according to the listing. “It’s one-of-a-kind property, perfect for a young tech entrepreneur or a Chinese buyer,” listing agent Justin Fichelson of Climb Real Estate told Mansion Global.

Home The single-family home features a patio with a large built-in barbecue, a chef’s kitchen and an elevator that serves the property’s four floors. The house has five bedrooms with the master suite encompassing a large en-suite bathroom. There is also a penthouse lounge and rooftop deck. With 7,000 square feet of living space, the home also features a Tesla charger and a two-car garage. According to Business Insider, Thiel is the seller. He now leads Founders Fund, which has stakes in Airbnb, Spotify and a number of startups. He is worth $2.7 billion, according to Forbes. Besides being a household name in Silicon Valley, Thiel is also prominent in Washington politics. The single, 48-year-old entrepreneur is running as a delegate in support of Trump, the presumptive Republican nominee for U.S. president, in the June 7 California primary.
