Listing of the Day

Location: Siesta Key, Florida Price: $18 million This house has a name: Aguadisia. It refers to the home's embrace of water: From the beachfront to the lagoon, the reflecting pool and the moat. The house was built in 1999 for Stacy Seigel, the founder of Everything But Water, a swimwear company in Orlando. It now belongs to Jeff Roberti, a marketer at Juice Plus+, a company that sells capsules of fruit and vegetable concentrates. Roberti recently added two adjacent lots, along with new water features. But he never moved in. “He has another property in Sanderling Club, and had a vision of taking it easy,” said listing agent Kim Ogilvie of Christie’s International Real Estate. “But he’s still traveling and still working.” A pair of Foo dogs guards the entrance to a glass cube, which functions as an anteroom. Ogilvie said landscape architect David Young designed the cube to offer “a moment of quiet and reflection.” The interior of the house is sleek, with expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico.
