Phil Lesh, a founding member of the band the Grateful Dead, is selling his home in Marin County for $10.35 million. Located in Ross, Calif., the 7,900 square-foot house features seven bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms and a meditation garden and pool. Lesh, who is 75, was diagnosed with bladder cancer last year and is expected to make a full recovery. Every window in the house has a park-like view and total privacy," listing agent CJ Spielman of Paragon Real Estate Group told SFGate.com. Perhaps Lesh will be staying in Ross. According to Realtor.com, he bought a property called “Stag’s Lair” in Ross for $4.3 million in late 2015. In 2015, the remaining members—Lesh, Bob Weir, Mickey Hart and Bill Kreutzmann—went on a 50th anniversary “Fare Thee Well” tour. Performing for just five nights—June 27 and 28 in Santa Clara, Calif., and July 3, 4 and 5 in Chicago—the band made over $50 million, according to Billboard. MORE From Mansion Global:
