This week, the calendar confirmed what college students already knew: Spring is here. Beach towns around the world are overrun with merrymakers blowing off steam from the long slog of winter. But Cancun and Punta Cana aren’t exactly famous for their luxury offerings. To help the elite beat the heat (and crowds), Mansion Global rounded up five premium spring break destinations worthy of year-round investment. Ibiza Just a few decades ago, Ibiza was an island of quiet fishing villages. Today, it’s a world-famous party destination with spacious villas tucked away in the hills and luxury apartments in Playa d’en Bossa and the Old Town. But if clubbing is your scene, not to worry — many of the island’s world-famous clubs, including Space, Amnesia and Pacha, officially open in May.

This means spring is peak season, though, so expect crowds everywhere you go, which is good news for investors looking for a part-time destination.
