Actress Julia Roberts is reducing the price of her Hawaii home a second time. The oceanfront property on Kauai’s North Shore will now be listed at $21.95 million, down from $26 million, according to listing agent Neal Norman of Hawai’i Life Real Estate Brokers. The property first went on the market in the spring of 2015 for $29.85 million, then saw its price cut to $26 million in August of 2015. Ms. Roberts bought the home in 2011 for $13.4 million, according to public records.

The 2-acre property is one of the largest on Hanalei Bay, with about 215 feet of beachfront as well as mountain views, Mr. Norman said. The main house, which is red with white trim, has five bedrooms and measures about 3,790 square feet, he said. The home has a covered patio overlooking the bay. There is also a two-bedroom guest cottage on the property, where a large grassy yard leads to the beach. The pace of sales in the Kauai real-estate market is still slower than the boom years of the mid-2000s, Mr. Norman said. “There is no real urgency in the market,” he said. He added: “There have been some huge purchases in Kauai, but they don’t happen frequently.” Ms. Roberts couldn't be reached for comment.
