Location: Greenwich, Conn.

Price: $21.5 million Oldfield Farm is a nearly 19-acre estate in the heart of Greenwich. The property features a Classical mansion with nine bedrooms, in addition to a swimming pool and a tennis court. “It’s the only house on the market that has a practice polo field,” said listing agent Joseph Barbieri of Sotheby’s International Realty, referring to the stick and ball field that once belonged to Yale University. The house, built in 1990, recently underwent an 18-month renovation that included upgrades to its water and air treatment systems. The equestrian facilities were also improved. There are two barns with a total of 24 stalls. Two of the stalls were turned into children’s playrooms; some were made into temperature-controlled car storage. “There are plenty of options for the barns,” said Barbieri. “Whether they’re [the future buyers] connoisseurs of horses or automobiles.” Agent: Joseph Barbieri, Sotheby's International Realty View the full listing.
