Location: Malibu, Calif.

Price: $21.75 million This sultry home sits on nearly two acres in Serra Retreat, a celebrity enclave in the heart of Malibu. “You walk through the front of the house and you can see all the way to the back of the property,” said listing agent Sandro Dazzan of Coldwell Banker Previews International. The property is flat, a rarity in Malibu, and accommodates a 72-foot long, zero-edge swimming pool. “It’s completely still and reflects all of the trees and mountains that surround the property,” said Dazzan. There is also a tennis court, an outdoor kitchen with a bar, and a sunken fire pit that can seat 40 to 50 guests. The more than 7,200-square-foot house has four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and two partial bathrooms. There is also an office and a media room. Upstairs, the master bedroom suite overlooks the backyard. It has a soaking tub, a steam shower and an infrared shower. The house belongs to Brent Hocking, founder of the luxury liquor brand DeLeón Tequila. (He sold the brand to spirits company Diageo and rapper-turned-entrepreneur Sean “Diddy” Combs in 2013.) Hocking drew on his travels in Hawaii as inspiration for the home's design. “He really wanted to mirror that resort vibe,” said Dazzan.
