If fine shopping tops your list of priorities when house hunting, the forthcoming Laguna House development in Coral Gables could be the right fit for you. Located next door to Neiman Marcus at the Shops at Merrick Park, Laguna House, which takes its name from its street, is a boutique luxury development with 13 residences distributed over 10 stories. The low-rise building is a project of Miami-based Roger Development Group.

The condominiums, priced between $1.5 million and $2.2 million, will range in size from 3,000 to 6,250 square feet and include three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms each. The penthouse, which will sell for $3.2 million, spans the entire top floor and will offer one more bedroom and one more full bathroom than the rest of the units. Amenities include an outdoor pool and sundeck, private elevator, two parking spaces per residence and a one-year membership to the adjacent Equinox Fitness gym. As if Merrick Park weren’t sufficient for the shopping enthusiasts, Laguna House will also include 3,565 square feet of retail on the ground floor with additional stores and dining.
